Camp Tips

Camp Acceptance:
All camp tuition and related fees must be paid in advance prior to being accepted into camp. Note that payment does not guarantee acceptance as minimum and maximum enrollment apply. Fees may be paid via PayPal and/or by mailing a check in the full amount payable to the CPCC Services Corporation at the address below:

Camper's registration is secured once payment is received.

Camper Information Forms:
In an effort to streamline our registration process, we have updated our camper information form and medical authorization form. Please use the forms provided below as all previous forms are now null and void. The camper information form must be completed and submitted to the CPCC Services Corporation prior to the first day of camp. Your camper will not be allowed into camp without our receipt of your completed medical forms.

What to bring:
Lunch & Drink each day – vending machines are accessible
Snack or snack money – vending machines are accessible

Camp Dress Code:
  • Casual dress
  • No flip flops
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • No tank tops

Note: for Crime Scene Investigator...Please keep in mind that your camper will be working with fingerprint powders and foot cast molds.To ensure your camper’s safety at the crime scene and in the lab, we ask that campers abide by typical lab dress code:
  • Closed-toe shoes
  • Pants
  • No tank tops

Note: for Culinary and Baking Camps... to ensure camper’s safety in the kitchen, please abide by the following suggestions:
  • No open toe shoes, non-slip preferable
  • No loose fitting shirts or blouses
  • Hair restrained
  • No excess jewelry

Arrival/Departure:
Parents/Guardians must check their camper in and out each day. Please make sure that your camper arrives on time and is picked up in a timely manner. Camp staff will not be able to supervise your child before or after camp hours. Note...campers will not be allowed to leave campus without written permission.

All camp tuition and medical forms must be completed for entry into camp.

Last Day of Camp:
All campers will receive their camp t-shirt on the final day of camp.

Crime Scene Investigator Camps: Family members are invited to witness the courtroom testimony to hear campers testify to their findings.

Refund Policy:
Thank you for investing in your camper's Central Piedmont Summer Camp. Because supplies are purchased for each camper upon enrollment, we are not able to provide refunds.
